Tamara Lelie

Born to immigrant parents with a combined passion for storytelling, Tamara Lelie became fascinated with the human experience and how language plays such an important role in conveying truths and emotions. She thoroughly understands that life is ours to create! And her background as a holistic yoga healer/teacher lends her the perfect eye to capture the spiritual and healing aspects of travel destinations across the country.

Tamara is a certified Kundalini/Hatha yoga instructor and currently teaches yoga and meditation at the world renowned Solage Spa (rated #1 spa in the U.S. by Conde-Nast readers and Travel and Leisure magazine), at Morton’s Warm Springs Resort (in Sonoma County) and to 90 kids each week at the Boys and Girls Clubs in Petaluma. Tamara is also founder/creator of Time Out Retreat, a company that leads healing and wellness retreats for children and adults and has partnered with the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing, Boys and Girls Clubs of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties (who sponsored her latest retreat for teens) and TV/film star Kristin Kreuk.

Tamara is highly sought after for her ability to teach anybody how to unlock their intuition on the spot so that they may easily tap into the well of their inner guidance to help with making choices and decisions in life. Tamara has helped over 200 clients and has a clientele ranging from celebrities and housewives to teens and business executives.

Tamara uses her own intuition when writing songs and in fact, her song Fountain World hit a strong note with many including Dan Thompson, the Dept. Chairman for the Berklee School of Music who said that with her song, she had tapped into something that most people pay thousands of dollars at Berklee to learn. Considering that it was the first song Tamara had ever written, she was humbled when it was requested to be sung by American Idol contender Krystal Bowersox and selected to be the Songwriter’s Showcase on PBS’ country music variety show, Branson’s Jubilee.

Tamara divides her time between Los Angeles and Napa County and spends her time leading retreats, writing, teaching yoga, meditation and making contributions to other peoples’ sense of peace, health and well being in any way that she can. Her e-book, 7 Days to Balance, is a simple to follow e-guide which condenses the invaluable info and tools that she gives at her Time Out Retreats.
